Makerspace Workshop

Our new Makerspace is in Badshot Lea, which is about halfway between Farnham and Aldershot. It is part of the Farnham Sea Cadets’ site on Lower Weybourne Lane.

The Makerspace is in the smaller building at the back of the site which is colloquially known as “the boatshed”.

The space allows members to use a variety of tools and facilities:

• A K40 type Laser Cutter
• A number of different 3D Printers
• Soldering tools for PTH and SMD work
• Woodworking tools
• A sewing machine
• Convenient on-site parking
• An allocated storage space for each member

The space also allows us the option of hosting larger events in the main Sea Cadets building and outside areas.
